How to Get Lunacy in Limbus Company

Each chapter completion grants approximately 390 Lunacy, and achieving an EX rating on missions can add another 260 Lunacy. To secure an EX clear, you must meet all specific EX objectives for each mission. Additionally, your first EX clear on a mission will reward you with an extra 40 Lunacy, so strive to meet those objectives.
First-time clears of Luxcavation stages also provide Lunacy, though these rewards are one-time only.
Once you've exhausted the story content, your Lunacy gains will naturally decline. At this point, your primary methods to continue earning Lunacy include:
