Solving the Fountain of Confession Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
Following the Sacred Wounds puzzle, Indy uses his scroll to locate the Fountain of Confession. Remember to photograph everything for Adventure Points!
Exit Antonio's office (like in the Sacred Wounds mission) and use your journal's map to find the courtyard stairs leading to the puzzle's start.
First, obtain the fountain key from the chest near the construction area. This unlocks the storage room.
Use your whip to rappel to the rooftop, then swing to the window. You'll see two dragon statues. Swing to the second statue and grab the claw to activate a lever.
Use the lever to rotate the statue to face the opposite dragon. Return to the first statue; its claw is missing!
Find the fallen claw on the scaffolding below. Rappelling down triggers a cutscene with Gina Lombardi, who then assists.
Replace the claw, rotate the statue, and both dragons will face each other. The fountain statue below will rotate, revealing the next phase.
Use your whip to pull the fountain statue, revealing a gate blocked by three statues. A lever appears; Indy and Gina activate it, revealing the first wall puzzle.
The first puzzle depicts a baptism. Position the male statue under the water, activate the water mechanism, and "baptize" the smaller statue.
Activate the lever again for the second puzzle. This involves manipulating stone layers to move an angel figure across the wall. Use the handles to guide the angel to the right.
The gate unlocks! Finally, push the remaining central statue through the gate to activate a spiral stairway.
