Honkai: Star Rail Leak Shares Early Details About Anaxa

Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Reveal Anaxa's Versatile Abilities

Recent leaks from Honkai: Star Rail offer a sneak peek at Anaxa, a highly anticipated new character from the Amphoreus region. These leaks suggest Anaxa will bring a unique blend of utility to the game, impacting enemy weaknesses and disrupting enemy turns.

Anaxa is one of several "Flame-Chaser" characters from Honkai Impact 3rd making their debut in Star Rail's fourth playable world, Amphoreus. Following the releases of Herta and Aglaea (Version 3.0) and Tribbie and Mydei (Version 3.1), Anaxa represents another exciting addition to the Amphoreus roster, joining Star Rail versions of other popular Honkai Impact 3rd characters like Phainon (Kevin Kaslana) and Cyrene (Elysia).

Anaxa's Gameplay Potential

Leaks from leaker Hellgirl detail Anaxa's kit, highlighting its versatile utility. Similar to Silver Wolf, he'll reportedly apply weaknesses to enemies, significantly boosting team damage. He'll also possess the ability to delay enemy actions, a mechanic shared by characters like Silver Wolf and Welt. Furthermore, Anaxa is expected to offer offensive support by reducing enemy defense, amplifying both his own and his allies' damage output. A specific release date remains unconfirmed.

Anaxa's rumored abilities draw parallels to several popular Star Rail characters. His weakness application mirrors Silver Wolf's flexibility, his DEF reduction resembles Pela's utility, and his action delay shares similarities with Silver Wolf and Welt.

Impact on the Meta

Anaxa's diverse skillset positions him as a potentially powerful support character, potentially rivaling established supports like Ruan Mei and Robin, as well as newer additions like Sunday and Fugue. Given Tribbie's damage-focused support role in Version 3.1, Anaxa's arrival could significantly alter Honkai: Star Rail's meta upon release. His unique combination of weakness application, enemy delay, and defense reduction promises a compelling and impactful addition to the game.
