Goat Simulator 3 set to see Multiverse of Nonsense released later this year, new free update out now

For a franchise known for its irreverent humor, Goat Simulator's Goat Direct showcase was notably subdued in terms of practical jokes. Instead, the event focused on unveiling new merchandise such as plushies and the CRKD controller line, alongside a sneak peek at an upcoming card game. However, the most exciting news for fans came with the confirmation that the Goat Simulator 3 expansion pack, Multiverse of Nonsense, is set to launch on mobile devices. While an exact release date remains under wraps, more details are expected to be shared soon.

As suggested by its name, Multiverse of Nonsense will transport players into a parallel universe, where they can explore a variety of bizarre settings, from a cartoon-themed town to a city of goats or even a mythical mountaintop.

Goat Simulator 3: Multiverse of Nonsense Expansion Pack

In addition to this exciting expansion, Coffee Stain North has released a free update for Goat Simulator 3 in honor of April Fool's Day. This 10th-anniversary celebration introduces 27 new pieces of gear, two new events in San Angora, and an exclusive goat skin inspired by the upcoming Pilgor plushie, slated for release later this year.

It's somewhat fitting that the Goat Direct was light on practical jokes. Given the series' track record of outlandish features, adding more fictional elements might just frustrate fans eager for real updates and releases.
