‘Genshin Impact’ Version 5.0 Update Is Now Available Worldwide on iOS, Android, PC, PS5, and More

TouchArcade Rating: The highly anticipated Genshin Impact (Free) version 5.0 update, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," is now live globally on mobile, PC, and PlayStation platforms, following the pre-installation phase earlier this week. This major update introduces the fiery new nation of Natlan, accessible to players of all levels, along with exciting new characters like Mualani, and highly requested character reruns, including the Raiden Shogun.

iOS users who pre-installed the update should experience minimal download times, although some initial resource reorganization may occur upon login. New players can download Genshin Impact for free on the App Store iOS Link and Google Play Android Link. The PC version is available on the official website PC Link and the Epic Games Store. iOS players using iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5 and later can enjoy the game with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S controllers. Genshin Impact was previously featured as our Game of the Week upon its release and was awarded our 2020 Game of the Year. It also received recognition as one of the best iOS games playable with a controller.
