Fortnite: Guide to Locating and Equipping Earth Sprite with Weapons

Author : Liam Feb 02,2025

Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 introduces Sprites, helpful entities offering players items and abilities. The Earth Sprite, the most beneficial but elusive Sprite, can be found only on the new Chapter 6 map in Battle Royale, Zero Build, and Ranked modes.

Earth Sprite Locations:

The Earth Sprite boasts nearly two dozen potential spawn points, each marked by a solitary lantern (similar to the one shown in the image below). However, only two Sprites appear per match, requiring players to search multiple locations.

Offering Weapons to the Earth Sprite:

Locating the Sprite is the challenge. Once found, simply interact with it (using the interact button). This will transfer your currently equipped weapon to the Sprite, completing the Week 1 Quest and rewarding you with 25,000 XP. Your lost weapon will be replaced with a random Legendary weapon. While finding the Sprite is time-consuming, the high-rarity weapon reward makes the effort worthwhile.

Fortnite is available on various platforms, including Meta Quest 2 and 3.
