The latest update for Castle Duels introduces the thrilling Starseeking Event, packed with new game modes, units, and a groundbreaking faction. As a new season dawns, players can look forward to earning rewards such as gold, crystals, legendary chests, and rune keys to enhance their abilities. Additionally, a variety of new emotes are being added, allowing for richer in-game communication and expression.
Mark your calendars: the Starseeking Event kicks off on March 20th and will run for an exciting two weeks. Engage in a plethora of quests, collect event cards, and take your chances with roulette spins for a shot at legendary prizes. A new leaderboard is also being introduced, offering extra bonuses to the top performers.
The Full Scoop on the Starseeking Event of Castle Duels
The highlight of this event is the introduction of the Blitz mode, a weekend-exclusive PvP challenge designed to accelerate gameplay. From Friday to Sunday, players have just 3.5 minutes and one heart to strategize, with units automatically deploying. The quicker you finalize your setup, the more powerful your army becomes.
The star unit of the event is Cleaner, a unique addition to the game. Unlike traditional units, Cleaner doesn’t rely on energy. Instead, when he sustains damage, he generates Bubbles that heal him. These Bubbles, upon returning to Cleaner, explode and inflict damage on surrounding enemies, making him a formidable force on the battlefield.
Two new powerful characters will also join the fray during the Starseeking Event. Undertaker, a melee powerhouse, charges directly at the furthest enemy, disrupting opponents and delivering a devastating area attack that stuns them. On the other hand, the rare hero Terra is designed to counter Assassins, deploying sprouts that weaken foes who tread upon them. If left undisturbed, these sprouts evolve into buffs that bolster nearby allies.
Introducing Multifactions!
Castle Duels is also rolling out Multifaction, a dynamic new type of unit faction with a rotating lineup. Unlike the conventional factions with fixed rosters, Multifaction cycles through different units, providing them with stat bonuses through weekly Faction Blessings.
