Battle Crush Announces EOS Just Few Months After Early Access Launch

NCSoft's Multiplayer MOBA, Battle Crush, is shutting down. This is surprising, given the game hadn't even reached its full release. Following a global test in August 2023 and early access in June 2024, the game's servers will be closing on November 29th, 2024.

Battle Crush End of Service (EOS) Date:

November 29th, 2024. In-game purchases are no longer available. Refunds will be issued for purchases made between June 27th, 2024, and October 23rd, 2024. Android and Steam players can request refunds from December 2nd, 2024, to January 2025. Download any desired content before November 28th, 2024, as the game will become inaccessible afterward. The official website will remain online until May 30th, 2025, for support. Social media and Discord will close on January 31st, 2025.

Unexpected Closure?

The closure is disappointing for players, especially considering invested time and effort. While enjoyable, Battle Crush suffered from gameplay issues; controls felt somewhat awkward, and the pacing could have been improved. These shortcomings likely contributed to the decision to end service.

You can still experience Battle Crush on the Google Play Store before the shutdown. For more gaming news, check out our upcoming coverage of Black Desert Mobile's story-driven Autumn Season quests.
