While the map itself offers a cryptic clue, finding the chest is easy with the right directions. Simply fast travel to the necessary location and follow the path. Remember to stay vigilant, though – *Avowed* is full of surprises!

The Practical Pockets Map treasure is located northeast of the Ranger Headquarters in Emerald Stair, as shown in the image above. Fast travel to the Rolling Crags Beacon. From there, turn right and proceed straight ahead, keeping the Ranger Headquarters to your right. Continuously check your map to ensure you're heading towards the marker. You'll reach a cliff edge with a slight drop; be cautious here, as it's easy to get disoriented.

At your destination, look down to spot the glowing orange Practical Pockets treasure chest. Inside, you'll find Hjilde’s Handy Hide, a unique piece of light armor with these stats and abilities:

  • Damage Reduction: 10%
  • Additional Damage Reduction: 22
  • Maximum Stamina: -20
  • Maximum Essence: -20
  • All Seasons ability: -10% incoming Fire, Frost, and Shock Damage
  • Survivor ability: +40 Maximum Health

Now that you know how to find the treasure, consider optimizing your *Avowed* experience with the best settings for maximum FPS. Also, check out the game's maximum level to plan your character's progression.

*Avowed* is available now on PC and Xbox.
