Great news for Animal Crossing fans! Following the announcement of the online version's closure, Nintendo has revealed the release date for the anticipated offline successor: Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete. The offline version launches on Android devices December 3rd.
What's in Store?
The free-to-play Pocket Camp will officially shut down November 29th. Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete offers a revamped experience, available as a one-time purchase. Priced at $9.99 until January 31st, 2025, the price increases to $19.99 thereafter.
This complete package includes years' worth of seasonal content, events, and items accumulated since the original game's 2017 launch. Players will continue designing their dream campsite, choosing from over 10,000 items.
New Features in Pocket Camp Complete:
Exciting new features await! Create personalized Camper Cards – your own trading cards showcasing your unique style. Select a pose and color, and exchange cards with other players! See it in action in the latest trailer:
A new hangout, Whistle Pass, provides a gathering spot for Camper Card friends, complete with musical serenades under the stars. Transfer your existing Pocket Camp save data to the new version until June 2nd, 2025.
While offline, the game requires occasional internet access for time and account verification. All beloved seasonal events, from Halloween to summer festivals, are retained.
