- The SmartTyre Car & Bike app requires Bluetooth to be turned on. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy, which has minimal impact on battery life.
- The SmartTyre Car & Bike app requires location services to be enabled. It does not use GPS but relies on Bluetooth LE to locate the sensors.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can reduce battery life. SmartTyre Car & Bike does not run GPS in the background unless you grant permission for optional features that require it.
