AVLView School Bus Module: Real-time GPS Tracking for Peace of Mind

AVLView's highly anticipated School Bus module is finally here! This parent-focused app, accessible at app.avlview.com, empowers schools to efficiently manage school bus schedules, routes, and student assignments, providing parents with real-time tracking and alerts.

Key Features of the AVLView School Bus Module:

  • Scheduled Trips: Create and manage pre-planned routes for school buses.
  • Route Management: Define specific routes (geofences) for buses to follow.
  • Waypoint Management: Include student pickup and drop-off points as waypoints along the route.
  • Alert System: Receive instant SMS and email alerts for schedule violations, including timing discrepancies, route deviations, and missed stops.

  • Student missing from the bus (both boarding and disembarking)
  • Incorrect bus boarding
  • Boarding/disembarking at incorrect stops
  • Bus approaching pickup/drop-off points
  • Pickup and drop-off confirmations
