Subway Surfers Is Crossing Roads with Crossy Road in Upcoming Crossover!

SYBO and Hipster Whale have announced an unexpected crossover event that's set to shake up the mobile gaming world. Starting March 31st, Subway Surfers and Crossy Road, two iconic mobile games, will merge their universes in a thrilling collaboration that will last for three weeks.

This exciting event will introduce limited-time content to both games, featuring special characters, unique challenge events, and innovative gameplay changes that blend the essence of both titles. Fans of both games are in for a treat as they'll experience the best of both worlds.

What Else Do We Know About the Subway Surfers x Crossy Road Collab?

If you enjoy the thrill of dodging trains in Subway Surfers or the challenge of guiding a chicken across a busy road in Crossy Road, this collaboration promises to be a delightful experience. The publishers have released an official trailer that gives a sneak peek into what players can expect. Check it out below!

In Subway Surfers, players will encounter the Crossy Road Challenge, where the goal is to keep running to extend your time and earn exclusive rewards. Look out for characters like Chicken Jake and Mallard Tricky, who will join the roster of runners. The game will also feature a setting inspired by Crossy Road, complete with familiar blue trains and new obstacles. If you haven't played Subway Surfers in a while, now's the perfect time to download it from the Google Play Store.

On the other hand, Crossy Road will receive a Subway Surfers-themed makeover. Characters like Jake and Tricky will navigate a new world inspired by Subway Surfers, complete with jetpacks and magnets to enhance the high-speed dodging action. Players can collect Subway Tokens during the event, which can be exchanged for limited-edition characters and cosmetics. If you've taken a break from Crossy Road, consider reinstalling it from the Google Play Store before the event starts.

Mathias Gredal Nørvig, CEO of SYBO, emphasized that both games have significantly influenced mobile gaming culture, and this crossover event is a celebration of that impact.
