RuneScape Unveils Exciting 2024-2025 Roadmap!

Jagex has just revealed a thrilling roadmap for RuneScape, covering updates planned for both 2024 and 2025! The latest "RuneScape Ahead" video details a wealth of new content. Let's take a look!

Key Updates:

  • Group Ironman Mode (Late 2023): Team up with up to four friends for a collaborative Ironman experience. No outside assistance allowed – it's just you and your friends against the world!

  • The Gate of Elidinis (Autumn 2023): Confront this brand-new Skilling Boss within the Sanctum of Rebirth, uncovering a shrine dedicated to the goddess Elidinis. This challenging encounter is part of an upcoming major story quest.

  • Story Quests Galore (2024 & 2025): Multiple story quests are on the horizon, including a winter quest revisiting classic storylines and a desert-based finale involving Amascut.

  • Amascut, the Devourer (Post-Desert Finale): Prepare for an epic end-game boss fight against Amascut after completing the desert-themed quests.

  • 110 Skilling Updates (2024 & 2025): Expect significant updates to various skills. Woodcutting & Fletching receive an overhaul this year, including a new skill tree and weapons. RuneCrafting and Crafting updates are slated for 2025.

  • Seasonal Events: "Harvest Hollow" arrives later this year with a new quest, spooky rewards, and seasonal activities. The popular "Christmas Village" event will also return.

  • Future Additions (Late 2025): A new area expansion is planned, along with highly requested features like new combat achievements, a fourth Necromancy conjure ability, and a new Slayer Monster.
