Roterra Unveils Just Puzzles: A Labyrinthine Oasis for Maze Enthusiasts

Author : Savannah Jan 16,2025
  • Roterra Just Puzzles is out now on iOS and Android
  • It offers bite-sized versions of levels from throughout the series
  • A new premium title is also forthcoming in the new year

If you're looking for a way to occupy yourself over the coming days, and you happen to be a fan of Dig-It Games' Roterra, you'll be glad to know the latest entry has just released. Roterra Just Puzzles celebrates the series' fifth anniversary by offering you pure mind-bending madness, no frills attached.

For those not familiar, Roterra is a series of maze-based puzzle games that see you rotating, flipping and manipulating blocks to allow a king (or queen) to navigate increasingly complex levels. First releasing back in 2019, the series had already garnered a bit of a pedigree with this half-decade anniversary.

Roterra Just Puzzles celebrates this anniversary in a simple way by offering a free version of their first release that boasts pure puzzling action, or lack thereof. These shorter, bite-sized levels come complete with a tutorial video so that beginners won't get stuck.

yt More to come

Roterra is one of those series that I think many people have a mixed reaction to. But I don't think you could deny that the series has been constantly evolving and improving. I think that Roterra Just Puzzles offering a way for you to leap back in and experience so much of the series indicates that Dig-It Games aren't done with them just yet. And if there's any indication from Magical Revolution, we could be looking at major changes when or if the series continues.

After all, Just Puzzles seems to function as much as a retrospective as it does an entirely new entry, seeing players jump back into levels from throughout the series in a new way, and making it the perfect way for new fans to pick up the series.
