Roland-Garros eSeries 2025 Unveils New Esports Team Format in Tennis Clash

The Roland-Garros eSeries is set to make a thrilling return in 2025, inviting players from across the globe to compete on the virtual clay courts of Tennis Clash. This year's tournament introduces an exciting team-based format, legendary tennis captains, and a €5,000 prize pool that's sure to ramp up the competition.

Renault and Mastercard are returning as key sponsors, enhancing the experience with official Roland-Garros 2025 outfits for character customization and the exclusive Renault 5 Roland-Garros string.

When Does It Start?

The Roland-Garros eSeries kicks off in March, with open qualifiers serving as the initial battleground for players to earn their spot in the finals. The qualifying stages are scheduled for March 6-11, March 20-25, and April 3-8, determining the elite contenders who will advance.

The top female players from the first two qualifiers will join the overall winners. The ultimate showdown will take place at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum Auditorium on May 24th, in front of a live audience, and the entire event will be streamed live on Twitch.

What’s New This Year?

The Roland-Garros eSeries 2025 introduces a fresh team-based format, shifting from individual to team play. Each team will be led by a prominent figure in French tennis. Gilles Simon, former ATP world No. 6 and Davis Cup champion, is confirmed as one of the captains. Simon, who has been a commentator since 2023 and competed in the Top 8 in 2024, will coach one of the squads. The identity of his rival captain, a Grand Slam winner, remains a tantalizing mystery.

Are You Excited for the Roland-Garros eSeries 2025?

Once the teams are finalized, the competition intensifies. The winning team from the first phase will advance to the winner’s side of the double-elimination bracket, while the losing team will start in the loser’s bracket.

Defending champion Alessandro ΔLEX Bianco is set to return, joined by the two Grand Tour finalists. With last year's impressive turnout of 548,000 participants from 215 territories, this year's event promises to be even more competitive.

Tennis Clash is also celebrating Women’s Day by offering a trip to Paris for the top female and overall players. Download the game from the Google Play Store and prepare for the Roland-Garros eSeries 2025, as there's a wealth of excitement awaiting you.
