Roguelike Card Adventure Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire Drops On Android

Have you ever ventured into the world of Phantom Rose Scarlet, the captivating roguelike card adventure game? If so, you're in for a treat with its sequel, Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire. For those new to the series, let me introduce you to this enthralling follow-up.

Developed by Studio Maka, Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire made its debut on Steam in October 2023. Much like its predecessor, it blends roguelike strategy with a dark and mysterious atmosphere. Sapphire builds on the original's success with exciting new features.

What's Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire All About?

In Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire, you step into the shoes of Aria, a young girl fighting her way through her once-beloved school, now overrun by terrifying creatures. The haunting, almost gothic setting of a school besieged by evil phantoms sets a chilling tone.

The game introduces a unique deck-building mechanic. Unlike the random card draws during battles in other games, Sapphire requires you to master card cooldowns to swiftly and effectively defeat the phantoms.

Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire ramps up the challenge with increasing difficulty levels. It also offers an Arcade mode for those who enjoy racing through bosses to earn rewards, and a Custom mode where you can craft your own challenges.

A standout feature that sets Sapphire apart from Scarlet is its new class system. Players can choose between two classes: Blade and Mage. The Blade class offers more freedom in striking, while the Mage class introduces an Arcana gauge that manages your actions, adding depth to the gameplay.

Should You Dive into Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire?

With over 200 cards to collect and a variety of powerful items to discover, Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire is a compelling card game. Its mysterious ambiance and stunning art make it a must-try. Plus, you can unlock numerous stylish costumes as you explore the haunted school, encountering other survivors and unique events along the way.

If this sounds like your kind of game, you can download it for free from the Google Play Store.
