Novel Rogue, Deck-Building Adventure, Debuts on Android

KEMCO launches a captivating new roguelite, Novel Rogue, now available on Android! This pixel-art fantasy JRPG blends card deck-building with strategic turn-based combat. Immerse yourself in enchanting stories and diverse magical worlds.

You assume the role of Wright, a young apprentice under the tutelage of Yuisil, the Witch of Portals, within the Ancient Library's mystical confines. Wright embarks on thrilling adventures through four magical books, each transporting him to a unique realm.

One book thrusts you into a princess knight's quest to restore a fallen kingdom; another plunges you into the enigmatic mysteries of the underworld. Your choices significantly impact these worlds, ensuring each playthrough offers a fresh and unpredictable experience.

Gameplay Details:

Novel Rogue's core revolves around a dynamic turn-based card battle system, adapting to the specific book you're exploring. Each of the four worlds boasts its own unique deck-building mechanic. Defeat foes, select from three new cards post-battle, and craft the ultimate deck to conquer challenges.

Strategic depth is enhanced by the "Change" command, allowing damage redistribution among allies. "Novel Power," fueled by ink, empowers your deck. For seasoned players, "Deep Record" mode significantly increases dungeon difficulty, offering high-stakes battles for the ultimate test.

Throughout your adventure, collect treasures to cultivate relationships with characters, unlocking special endings. Customize your characters' appearances with "Witch Stones," allowing you to select your preferred outfits.

Novel Rogue is free-to-play on the Google Play Store. A premium version offers 150 bonus Witch Stones and additional benefits, including an ad-free experience.
