Springtime has arrived, but that doesn't mean you should cut back on your well-deserved rest. Pokémon Sleep is rolling out the Good Sleep Day #22 event, inviting you to enjoy some extra zzz's from May 12th to May 15th. This monthly event encourages you to get some quality sleep, boosted by enhanced Drowsy Power, to help you research more sleep styles for your beloved Pokémon.

The highlight of the event is the full moon night on Day 2, offering Drowsy Power ×3, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3, and a bonus of 1,000 sleep points. Days 1 and 3 will also give you a boost with Drowsy Power ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and 500 bonus sleep points. During the event, you'll have a higher chance of encountering Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa, making it the perfect time to add these adorable Pokémon to your collection.

Following closely on the heels of Good Sleep Day #22, Pokémon Growth Week Vol. 5 is set to kick off from May 19th to May 26th. During this week, you can earn more Sleep EXP across all areas, with special bonuses like Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×1.5. Plus, the Candies you earn from your first sleep research of the day will be multiplied by 1.5, giving you a fantastic opportunity to level up your Pokémon.
