"Netflix Games Adds Interactive Fiction with Ginny & George, Sweet Magnolias"

Author : Peyton Apr 28,2025

Netflix Stories is expanding its interactive fiction lineup with the addition of two popular series, *Ginny & Georgia* and *Sweet Magnolias*. Fans of these drama shows will soon have the opportunity to dive deeper into their favorite worlds through original stories featuring beloved characters. This move marks another significant Netflix original joining the Stories spin-off, enhancing the platform's interactive offerings.

For those unfamiliar, Netflix Stories is a collection of interactive fiction games based on your favorite streaming shows. These visual novels allow you to step into the shoes of characters and explore narratives set in the universes of hits like *Emily in Paris* and *Outer Banks*. With the addition of *Ginny & Georgia* and *Sweet Magnolias* this year, the selection continues to grow, offering fans new ways to engage with these series.

Additionally, *Netflix Stories: Love is Blind* and *Outer Banks* will be expanding their story collections, giving fans even more content to enjoy. If you're a fan of these popular series, you'll have plenty of new interactive adventures to explore.

Livin' it largeIt's no surprise that Netflix Games continues to focus on Stories. Given that not all of their series lend themselves easily to traditional gaming, interactive fiction provides a compelling way to attract viewers to their Games service. While it's great to see these new entries coincide with new seasons of the shows, it's a bit disappointing that it's taken a few years for them to align. Ideally, these tie-ins would be released simultaneously with the shows to maximize cross-promotion.
