The highly anticipated first major update for *Monster Hunter Wilds* is on the horizon, and Capcom is set to reveal all the details in an upcoming showcase. Scheduled for March 25 at 7am PT / 10am ET, the *Monster Hunter Wilds Showcase* will be streamed live on the Monster Hunter Twitch channel. Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto will host the event, promising to shed light on what's coming with Title Update 1, which includes the return of the beloved monster Mizutsune.

While the exact release date for Title Update 1 remains unspecified beyond an "early April" timeframe, fans are eager to learn more about this significant content drop during the showcase.

In terms of content, we already know that Mizutsune, the leviathan known for its dangerous bubbles, will make a comeback. Additionally, Capcom has teased a new challenge and a novel social hub for players who have completed the main story, offering a space to meet, communicate, and share meals with fellow hunters.

Layered weapons, allowing players to change the appearance of their weapons without affecting their stats, are high on the list. There's also a collective hope that future updates will continue to refine and optimize *Monster Hunter Wilds*, particularly addressing the concerns raised by PC players during the game's initial launch window.

Overall, the hunting community is excited to face new monsters, tackle fresh challenges, and explore more content in *Monster Hunter Wilds*. With its launch setting record numbers, Title Update 1 is crucial for setting the tone for Capcom's ongoing support and development of the game.
