With Valentine’s Day approaching, Marmalade Game Studio and Hasbro have unveiled an exciting update for Monopoly on Android and iOS. Dive into the world of love and romance with a series of limited-time features that will enhance your digital board game experience.
The Valentine’s Day celebration in Monopoly introduces an engaging quiz that matches you with one of four Monopoly tokens, each symbolizing unique expressions of love. After completing the quiz, you can enjoy a 24-hour free trial of your matched token. If you decide to keep it, the token will be available at a special discounted price.
To add more excitement, the update includes a revamped House Rules event designed to speed up gameplay. Features like Quick Hotels, allowing you to build three houses instead of four, and Quick End, which ends the game after the first bankruptcy, promise a faster-paced session. Additionally, Quick Jail lets you leave jail on your first turn, while Starting Title Deeds grants each player three random properties at the start. You’ll also bypass tax, Chance, and Community Chest spaces for an even quicker game.
Complementing the update, a new set of Cupid-inspired tokens will be available, along with the Sweethearts bundle featuring two cherubic figures ready to join the board this Valentine’s Day.
