Mega Kangaskhan Returns in Pokémon Go Raid Day Event in May

For fans of Pokémon Go, Raid Days are always a promise of something fun and exciting. The latest upcoming event is no exception, as Mega Kangaskhan is set to make a triumphant return! Scheduled for Saturday, May 3rd from 3pm to 5pm local time, this event promises a plethora of benefits for participating players.

The return of Mega Kangaskhan will be particularly thrilling for players since this Pokémon is typically region-locked. If you've been eager to complete your Kanto Pokédex, this is your golden opportunity! To support players, the Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 20, effective from Saturday the 2nd at 5pm PDT until 8pm on the 3rd.

Participants will also receive five additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Discs, and there's an enhanced chance of encountering a Shiny Kangaskhan during Mega Raids. Whether you're aiming to complete your Pokédex or looking to strengthen your Pokémon team, diving into this Raid Day is definitely worthwhile.

Mega Kangaskhan Raid Day in Pokémon GoNaturally, you can also purchase an Event Pass for $4.99 or its regional equivalent, which will unlock even more rewards. This time, you'll receive eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs, bringing your daily total to 14. You'll also have the chance to earn Rare Candy XL, gain 50% more XP, and receive 2x Stardust from Raid Battles.

Last but not least, there's a free Timed Research available. Completing the research will earn you 10,000 Stardust, and participating in a Raid Battle will grant you an additional 1,000 Stardust, along with other goodies. Be sure to claim these rewards before 5pm local time on May 3rd!
