Marvel Rivals Updates
Kirisaki-themed Skins for Loki and Hela
NetEase took to Marvel Rivals’ Twitter (X) on April 21 to unveil the new skins for Loki and Hela. These skins, titled Loki’s Shin Sagi-Shi and Hela’s Yami no Karasu, are inspired by the Kirisaki Mountains in Marvel's Demon Days, where Peach Momoko reimagines Marvel characters through the lens of Japanese folklore and mythology.
Marvel Rivals has already embraced this theme with the release of Peni Parker’s Yatsukahagi skin, and more themed skins are on the horizon according to their social media hints. Loki and Hela's new costumes will be available starting April 25 at 2:00 UTC. While no official pricing has been announced, fans can anticipate these skins to come bundled with unique emotes, stickers, and other goodies.
In addition to the skin reveal, Marvel Rivals launched Art Vision Vol. 01, a video series featuring art developers discussing the creative process behind the game's visuals. Marvel Rivals Art Director Dino, along with other design experts, delved into the "inspirations and foundations for designing the world of Marvel Rivals."
