Kingambit Joins Pokémon Go in Crown Clash Event Next Month

As you prepare for the Sweet Discoveries event, get ready for the regal festivities of the Crown Clash event in Pokémon Go, set to take place from May 10th to 18th. This event promises an array of exciting features, including the debut of Kingambit, the Big Blade Pokémon, alongside costumed variants of Nidoqueen and Nidoking, and a plethora of other rewards.

Kingambit makes its grand entrance during the Crown Clash event. To evolve Bisharp into Kingambit, it must be your buddy, and you'll need to triumph over 15 Dark- or Steel-type Pokémon in Raid Battles. Bisharp doesn't need to fight; just having it as your buddy while you secure those victories will do the trick.

Adding to the royal flair, Nidoqueen and Nidoking will appear in their crowned glory. These majestic Pokémon will headline three-star raids, with the possibility of encountering their Shiny forms. The one-star raids will feature Sneasel, Klink, and Pawniard.

ytDon't miss out on the wild encounters during the event. You'll have frequent chances to catch Slowpoke (potentially earning a King’s Rock), Slakoth, Piplup, Combee, Snivy, and Litleo. Keep an eye out for more frequent appearances of Pawniard as well.
