Notice the exclamation mark within a blue circle on the map. This is your destination. To save time, use the teleport feature to reach this location swiftly.

Head to the marked location on the map, where you'll find the NPC named Rosalie. She's quite conspicuous and easy to spot.
Engage in conversation with Rosalie, and she will reiterate her desire to see you sporting a hairstyle from the Simple category.
To comply, press the 'C' key to browse through your collection of haircuts. The Simple category is conveniently listed just below the image. Personally, I adorned Nikki with a haircut from the fisherman set.
This choice not only meets Rosalie's criteria but also complements Nikki beautifully. I also selected a black tracksuit to match the new look, though you're free to either create your own unique style or simply change the haircut temporarily without altering the outfit.
