Instead of Kuttenberg City, this side quest is picked up from Miskowitz in the Kuttenberg Region, located just west of the city. It’s time to put your blacksmithing skills to the test to complete “Hush, My Darling” in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Speak with Martha
Martha can be found in the house connected to the forge in Miskowitz, situated in the southeastern part of the village. Head inside and speak with her, offering your assistance. She mentions needing someone familiar with the forge. Respond with “I’m a blacksmith! I’d be glad to help” to officially begin the side quest, “Hush, My Darling.”
If you haven’t already, you can also speak with the bailiff standing nearby Martha about Matthew, a member of the Dry Devil’s group. This location serves as a helpful reference point to find Martha if needed.
Craft Horseshoes

You may already have the required items for this task. You’ll need two Farmer’s Horseshoes—items you might have crafted earlier to level up your blacksmithing skill. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to craft them. Once completed, return to Martha with the horseshoes.
Find Victoria

Martha explains that the horseshoes must be delivered to Victoria, who lives in a house slightly south of the forge. Accept the delivery to keep the quest progressing. Upon arrival, Victoria isn’t home. Instead, you’ll find bloodstains when you open the first door on the left.
Approach and inspect the blood when prompted during the “Hush, My Darling” quest. Return to Martha and report your findings. She suggests checking Sigismund’s camp for any sign of Victoria.

Sigismund’s Camp

Sigismund’s camp lies south of Opatowitz. If you're searching for Matthew as part of the Dry Devil questline, you might encounter him along the path. Once at the camp, locate the blacksmith and inquire about Victoria. He recalls that a soldier known as Black took an interest in her. To learn more, visit the infirmary tent, where Black is currently unwell.

Black demands medicine before offering any information. Provide him with a Digestive Potion to treat his food poisoning. If you don’t have one, craft it and return later. You’ll need to wait several hours for the potion to take effect before he’ll speak.
He reveals that he said something that upset Victoria and believes she may have fled into the woods to the east. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump.
Victoria is distressed, so engage her in conversation. Your dialogue choices have no impact on future events, so respond as you see fit. However, if you previously made Black promise to care for her, delivering that message can bring her comfort and hope.
Completing this conversation concludes the “Hush, My Darling” quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. From here, continue with the main story or explore other side quests like “In Vino Veritas.”
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
