Fortnite Revives Reload Mode with Classic Guns and Maps!

Fortnite enthusiasts, get ready for a thrilling blast from the past with the newly introduced Reload mode! This mode brings back the classic vibes with a modern twist, packing 40 players into a more compact map filled with nostalgia. Iconic locations from previous updates like Tilted Towers and Retail Row make a return, setting the stage for intense battles.

What’s In Store In The Reload Mode Of Fortnite?

Curious about what the Reload mode entails? It's a game-changer where your squad can stage comebacks as long as one member remains standing. A full squad wipe, however, means it's game over with no second chances. Whether you prefer Battle Royale or Zero Build, this mode is all about being the last squad standing.

Set on a smaller island, the Reload mode excludes drivable vehicles but compensates with a rich selection of unvaulted loot. You'll encounter beloved classics like the Revolver, Tactical Shotgun, Lever Action Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, and Grappler. Victory Crowns are still up for grabs, and upon rebooting, you'll respawn with a common Assault Rifle and some wood in Build mode. The action intensifies with the Reboot Timer, which starts at 30 seconds and increases to 40 as the match progresses. You and your teammates can reduce this time by eliminating opponents, and if you're down, you can choose to start your reboot immediately.

When You Get Eliminated

Elimination in the Reload mode adds a strategic layer to the gameplay. Upon being taken out, you'll drop Small Shield Potions, various ammo types, and 50 units of each building material in Build mode, keeping the battle intense and resource-rich.

To sweeten the deal, the Fortnite Reload mode introduces quests that offer substantial XP boosts. Completing three quests earns you the Digital Dogfight Contrail, six quests unlock the Pool Cubes Wrap, and nine quests secure the NaNa Bath Back Bling. Achieve a Victory Royale, and you'll be rewarded with The Rezzbrella Glider.

Ready to dive into the action? Download Fortnite Battle Royale from the official website and experience the excitement of the Reload mode. Before you go, don't miss out on other exciting news, like the cross-platform MMORPG Tarisland, which is now available with plenty of goodies to claim.
