Farlight Games Launches Ace Trainer in Select Regions

Author : Claire Mar 14,2025

Farlight Games capped off a successful 2024, collaborating with Lilith Games on the mobile release of AFK Journey. Now, in 2025, they're launching Ace Trainer, currently in soft launch in South Korea and the US. This intriguing title blends tower defense, pinball mechanics, and creature collection.

Think Pokémon, but with a zombie twist. You collect, train, and level up fantastical creatures to battle undead hordes in a tower defense style. Pinball elements are incorporated for resource gathering, adding a unique layer to the gameplay. While a global release isn't guaranteed, the multi-regional soft launch suggests Farlight has high hopes for Ace Trainer.

A Bit of Everything?

Ace Trainer throws a lot into the mix: PvP, PvE, tower defense, pinball, and more. The sheer number of mechanics is impressive, but also raises questions about long-term engagement. While some players will undoubtedly be drawn to this eclectic blend, the challenge lies in balancing these diverse elements for sustained appeal.
