New EITC Defense Feature: Protect Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War

Author : David May 24,2025

Joycity has introduced an exciting new tower defense feature to *Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War*, challenging players to fortify their Fortress Gates and keep them secure from relentless attacks. The East India Trading Company Defense mode immerses you in the battle to prevent Captain Jack Sparrow from being captured. Your mission is to strategically place turrets to withstand waves of EITC ships, testing your defensive prowess.

With the latest update, you can safeguard your Territory from increasingly tough EITC assaults. The intensity ramps up with each wave, but you're equipped with four types of turrets to hold off the enemy:

  • Ballista Turret: Ideal for long-range damage, perfect for sniping distant threats.
  • Cannon Tower: Delivers a powerful Area of Effect (AoE) attack to clear clusters of enemies.
  • Flame Tower: Inflicts damage over time (DoT), burning through enemy ships steadily.
  • Hammer Tower: Slows down approaching foes, giving you more time to strategize and defend.

Position your turrets wisely to maximize their effectiveness. Whether you choose to prioritize damage with the Ballista, control the battlefield with the Cannon Tower's AoE, or manage enemy movement with the Hammer Tower, your strategy will determine your success. Endure until the fifth wave, and brace yourself for a formidable boss monster that will test your defenses to their limits. Triumph over this challenge, and you'll be rewarded with a bonus treasure wave, making all your efforts worthwhile.
