*DC x Sonic the Hedgehog* is crafted by Sonic veterans, writer Ian Flynn and artist Adam Bryce Thomas. The debut issue boasts cover art by the talented Pablo M. Collar and Ethan Young. The story kicks off with Darkseid, the formidable villain from the DC Universe, invading the Sonic universe in search of immense power. To thwart Darkseid's plans to conquer a new dimension, the Justice League and Team Sonic must unite their forces in an epic battle against ultimate evil.

This crossover is part of a broader partnership between Warner Bros. and Sega, which also includes a line of exclusive toys and collectibles available at Target. The initial offering features a range of T-shirts and hoodies showcasing Shadow the Hedgehog donning Batman's iconic costume.
