Since its global launch, Crystal of Atlan has garnered widespread acclaim for its stunning visuals, immersive combat mechanics, and breathtaking graphics. The game’s progression systems are also highly refined to ensure a smooth player journey. A standout feature is the gear crafting system, which empowers players to forge specialized equipment tailored to their specific combat requirements. By collecting materials from dungeons, boss fights, and other sources, adventurers can transform these resources into powerful weapons that significantly boost their overall power level. Let’s dive deep into everything you need to know about this essential crafting mechanic.
What is Crafting in Crystal of Atlan?
Gear crafting allows players to obtain higher-tier equipment without engaging directly in combat. This feature becomes available early on, unlocking when your character reaches level 20. To access the system, simply speak with the NPC Glenn or navigate to the gear menu and select the “Craft” tab. Crafting is categorized into two distinct life skills: Gear Crafting and Item Crafting.

Item Crafting
Item crafting is another vital life skill that every player should master. Using various crafting tables scattered across the world, you can create a wide array of items. Key locations include the table beside NPC Nichole in Oreton, one situated near the mines, and another within Glenn’s Workshop. From basic potions to intricate insignias, the range of craftable goods expands as your character levels up. By level 60, players will have access to create the following items:
- Advanced Spare Parts
- Circuit Components
- Supply Boxes
- Radiant / Stellar / Time / Netherlight Circuits
- Dungeon Insignias
- Double Potions
- Advanced Calibration Compasses
- Hunting Permits
- Catalysts
