China Miéville's Perdido Street Station Gets Lavish Folio Society Hardcover Edition

China Miéville's *Perdido Street Station* stands out as one of the most critically acclaimed fantasy novels of recent decades, and a cornerstone of the "weird fiction" genre. This makes it a perfect addition to The Folio Society's collection of deluxe hardcover editions.

Coinciding with the book's 25th anniversary, The Folio Society is set to release a hefty 707-page hardcover edition of *Perdido Street Station*. This edition boasts a new afterword by Miéville himself and a fresh set of illustrations crafted by artist Doug Bell. Bell's contributions include 8 black and white chapter opening images, 12 vibrant full-color illustrations, and a meticulously detailed map of the city of New Crobuzon.
