If the Mail Carrier job isn't immediately available, take any job to keep the cash flowing and check back after aging up. It might take a few tries, but persistence pays off. Once you're a mail carrier, hold onto the job for at least 15 years, which you can monitor via the challenge tracker at the top of your screen.
Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings
These tasks can be tackled simultaneously. Head to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any hook-up opportunity that arises. You won't know if your partner is a mother, but frequent hook-ups over a few years should help you meet the requirement.
