Ever imagined munching popcorn straight from Galactus's head? With the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps in theaters, that surreal experience becomes a reality. The newly unveiled Galactus popcorn bucket—dubbed the "Giant Galactus Popcorn Vessel" by AMC Theatres—stands an imposing 17 inches tall, featuring the villain's helmeted head (portrayed by Ralph Ineson of The Witch and Nosferatu fame). The collectible replicates Galactus's gleaming purple helmet and glowing blue eyes, with popcorn served from its open crown. Each limited-edition bucket comes with a large popcorn serving.

AMC is also launching an H.E.R.B.I.E.-themed snack holder tied to First Steps—a three-in-one "H.E.R.B.I.E. Concessions Vessel" that includes compartments for a large popcorn, drink, and candy, styled after the film's iconic robot.

Alongside these unconventional popcorn containers, AMC is expanding its theater experience—including, perhaps less desirably, additional pre-show advertisements. Through a partnership with National CineMedia starting July 1, AMC will introduce commercial "platinum spots" alongside traditional trailers, with both companies sharing the revenue. While AMC acknowledges initial hesitation, they cite competitors' five-year experience with similar ads as proof they don't deter moviegoers.
The latest The Fantastic Four: First Steps trailer debuted this week, offering the first glimpse of baby Franklin Richards alongside Reed and Sue Richards—and delivering a long-awaited iconic line from the comics. Though director Matt Shakman dismissed rumors of Robert Downey Jr. appearing as Doctor Doom, fan speculation persists about a potential post-credits cameo.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps lands in theaters July 25, 2025.
