Microsoft has revealed that eight games will be departing from its Xbox Game Pass subscription service on May 15, 2025. The games set to leave include Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Little Kitty, Big City.
Xbox Game Pass offers an expansive online gaming experience for Xbox and PC users, allowing subscribers to stream games directly on various smart devices and consoles. Depending on their subscription tier, users can play new games on day one and enjoy a vast catalog of high-quality games with friends on console, PC, or through the cloud. It's from this catalog that the following eight games are being removed.
**Games leaving Xbox Game Pass in May are:** --------------------------------------------- Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
- Chants of Sennaar
- Dune: Spice Wars
- Hauntii
- Jurassic World Evolution 2
- Little Kitty, Big City
- Planet of Lana
- The Big Con
Microsoft plans to unveil Wave 2 of the May 2025 Game Pass lineup shortly after these games exit the service.
Earlier this month, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members received an exciting new perk: the ability to stream select games directly to their consoles without the need for downloads. This feature, previously available on smart TVs, PCs, smartphones, and Meta Quest headsets, is now accessible on Xbox Series X, Series S, and Xbox One consoles via cloud streaming.
In other news, the announcement of Grand Theft Auto 6 being delayed until May 2026 might have you eager to revisit GTA 5. Fortunately, GTA 5 Enhanced is now accessible on Xbox Game Pass and Game Pass for PC, marking its debut on PC Game Pass.
