In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the Bird of Prey quest challenges players to track down five poacher groups scattered across the wilderness. The first poacher is relatively easy to locate. Start the Bird of Prey quest by speaking with the gamekeeper, then head to the north side of the pond. Enter the forest and navigate through the tall shrubs until you stumble upon a camp where the first poacher is hiding.
Remember, while you can kill these poachers, it's better for your reputation to handle the situation peacefully. This particular poacher is timid and can be convinced to surrender. You can choose to let him go or send him to the bailiff. If you spare him, make sure to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.

Tracking down the second poacher is arguably the most difficult part of the Bird of Prey quest. You might want to talk to various NPCs marked by the quest to narrow down the search area. Alternatively, you can head directly to the specified location to confront this poacher. He's more daring and less likely to surrender without high persuasion skills. I ended up having to kill him and took his equipment as proof.

The third poacher can be found in Slatego Forest. For more information, speak with Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia. Before venturing into this area, prepare to encounter wolves. You'll need to visit two locations: the first is an abandoned camp where the poacher once hid. Although it's empty, you can scavenge for useful items. Then, head west to the second spot, where you'll find wolves feasting on a man's corpse. After dealing with the wolves, you'll discover this was the missing poacher. Don't forget to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.

Finding the fourth poacher is dangerous as you'll need to venture deep into the woods to confront three poachers. You don't necessarily need to engage them in combat. Your objective is to gather evidence by examining three items:
- Deer's corpse
- Deer's skin
- Hanging deer's carcass
After examining these items, return to the gamekeeper to report your findings. He will then arrange for officials to apprehend the criminals.

The final poacher you need to locate is Hans, which can be challenging due to the large search area. You can find him near the rocks on the western side of the marked area. Since Henry won't be able to apprehend his old friend, you'll need to take Hans' poaching kit as evidence.
