Legal Compliance:

Gringo is authorized to pay traffic fines and other vehicle-related debts, accredited by the National Traffic Secretariat (SENATRAN) according to Ordinances No. 1317/2020, 658/2023, and 149/2018. This allows direct accreditation with state traffic departments, state treasury departments, and other relevant bodies.

Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from publicly available information provided by state (DETRANs) and national (SENATRAN) agencies, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
