At each level's start, you'll survey the battlefield—an 8x8 grid—and the predetermined route monsters will use to attack. The home is fixed at specific coordinates in every level. You can position the puzzle pieces anywhere on the grid, with one critical rule: you must leave at least one empty space in every row.
Every level consists of 6 relentless waves of monsters. Initially, you choose one of two tower cards. After selection, this card joins your pool of available puzzle pieces for placement on the grid before the onslaught begins. Following each wave, you get to select additional cards from a new set, which includes two more tower types and a powerful stat card. The stat card permanently enhances all your defensive towers, while new tower cards expand your tactical arsenal.
